Workshops
How do the workshops operate?
Each workshop session will offer attendees an option to choose between multiple options of music-related or mental health-related topics. Each attendee will only attend one workshop per time slot, choosing their favorite option provided in the window. Some may repeat for attendees who want to go to more than one session in a given time slot.
What if I want to attend more than one workshop in one time slot?
Many of our workshop topics may repeat at different times throughout the weekend for attendees who want to go to more than one session listed during one specific time slot.
Tickets
How much do tickets cost?
General admission tickets cost $25 per person. This cost covers both days of the event.
What if I can’t go? Do I get a refund?
Eventbrite will offer refunds of the ticket price (minus the fees) up to 7 days before the event. If you purchased a ticket and require a refund within 7 days of the event, please contact info@polyrhythmicarts.com for assistance.
Do you offer group ticket discounts?
Yes! For groups of 10 or more, contact Zane (zlowie@polyrhythmicarts.com) for more information and group discount rates. For groups of fewer than 10 people, please purchase individual tickets.
Are meals provided with my ticket cost?
Meals are not provided for this event. However, there will be water, snacks, and light refreshments available throughout the course of the weekend.
